The GrillGenie story

Every weekend grill man knows the moment. You cut into the porterhouse to check it, the juices run out across the board, and you realise you have gone straight past medium rare. Or you stand over the Weber in the Queensland heat, lifting the lid every ten minutes, watching the temperature dive and wondering how much longer you have just added. Cooking meat should not feel like a guessing game, but for most people it always has.

The tools on the market never fixed this. Cheap thermometers snap their cables at the oven door seal before the first summer is out. You end up back where you started, hovering anxiously over the grill, guessing chicken by its colour and hoping nobody gets crook. Spend sixty or a hundred dollars, and six months later the thing is dead in a drawer with the last two.

GrillGenie exists because that standard was not good enough. We built a wireless probe for the person who takes their meat seriously but has no interest in babysitting a brisket for ten hours. Set a target temperature, close the lid, and walk away. Go have a beer with your mates. Your phone buzzes when the meat is done, and until then the grill holds its heat because you are not lifting the lid to peek.

Everything we make is built to earn its place and survive real use. A wire-free stainless steel probe with no cable to snap or fray. Bluetooth wireless with up to 30 metres of range in the open, so you can step away from the barbecue and still see the number. No frayed leads, no second-guessing.

The result is simple. You serve a steak that is perfect every time, chicken that hit 74 degrees because you knew it did, and a brisket that slices juicy with a clean smoke ring. You stop guessing and start knowing. Your mates go quiet, then ask how you got it so right, and you just shrug. That is the whole point of GrillGenie.
